Probably the best pub in Skipton in my oppinion, always a good atmosphere, the food is of a higher standard you will find in a typical town pub, the Beer is always nice and the outside areas are done really well - it really is a hidden gem !

My wife and I visited this pub Saturday. We sat in the sun trap at the back of pub on the decking. The beer was good a little bit expensive but was worth it. I will call back again next time I am in area.
We stayed for 2 nights and we loved it, the staff were really friendly & helpful, the evening food was very good and breakfast was excellent, with good quality tasty local ingredients.

A welcome surprise. Stayed at this pub a while back whilst on holiday from Australia and found the staff and the quality of the room above average, nicely decorated - great bathroom. Highly recommended. Nice town. Don't recommend the canal trip though.
