Upon informing Dingle Crystal that one of their crystal tumblers cracked and broke when ice cubes were placed in it and that the tumbler that broke was at room temperature and never was always hand washed, their response was that they did not believe this happened. I came here especially to buy a wedding gift when I knew I would be in Dingle. There are many lovely pieces and it is nice to have the work crafted by a local Irish artist. Highly recommend! He is very accomodating, packed up my things for me so I could carry them on the plane, and "signed" my piece... more

We've been to Dingle Crystal twice and have made purchases and we are extremely pleased. We also bought items at the Big E in Mass. when Sean was there. We are also pleased with those items. more

I've visited Dingle several times over the past few years and I am proud to own pieces of Dingle crystal. If you are looking for mass produced matching items that you could buy at any good retailer at home you can buy any major brand, but the handcrafted pieces I've purchased at Dingle crystal are uniquely beautiful. Update to my earlier comment - unfortunately I never received any email communication from Dingle Crystal however the owner Sean Daly did contact me via email early this month and resolved my concern completely. He has stood behind his product and replaced all pieces. I am grateful for their response and actions. more
