If you can do a course here. Wonderful spot and amazing teaching school built up here by Darina Allen. If you cannot do a course just visit and walk the gardens etc. It is a diamond in this gorgeous East Cork.

Darina, Rory and Rachel actually believe in what they are doing. This means the cookery classes and demos come from the heart. This course ran for 2 1/2 days with 3 demos and 2 practical sessions. This was an extremely well organised course run by Rachel Allen and her team. The school is located in a beautiful part of County Cork, within a 100 acre organic farm, and beautiful extensive gardens where all the produce for the course is sourced. Highly recommended... More
