Parts of this are still complete and would be fun for children to visit. We stayed longer here than at the Cathedral.

Off the beaten track a little, less info then up at the cathedral but a great place for kids to run free for an hour or two.

Coming to the cathedral and friary of Ardfert was for me a spiritual experience. The complex was built by ancestors nearly eight hundred years ago and therefore the review may be a bit biased.
