Jerpoint Park is a trip through the Ireland you always wanted to see. My extended family had the most memorable few hours visiting Jerpoint Park. Joe, the owner of this most beautiful Irish property gave us a guided tour of the lost village of Newtown, St. Nicholas's church and tomb. Joe provides an educational and engaging tour of his property,...

We were in search of a hot cup of tea and scones on a cold early May day and found a unique afternoon tea experience. LIke having tea with a friend and a beautiful, historic setting. It is fantastic to see the remains of the medieval village being maintained and opened up to the public in such an interesting way....

I visited Jerpoint Park last weekend and thought it was a fantastic hidden gem. My sister and i were driving around looking for somewhere nice to have a cuppa and came across this truly charming old house and farm, which has been loving restored by owners Maeve and Joe. Joe & Maeve's welcome and enthusiasm lifted our weary spirits. Well worth a visit and so close to Jerpoint Abbey and...

Joe and Maeve are superb tour guides and hosts and all my family Mum, Dad, and kids (aged 9 to 3 years old) enjoyed the fantastic story and tomb of St Nicholas and the remarkable tour of the lost medieval town of Jerpoint. I have seen many historical sites in Ireland...

The park is still in it's early stages but is an interesting place to visit, the term park is slightly misleading as it is a ruined village (mostly hidden under the fields) with a ruined church which has the grave of St Nicholas. You do get guided around by the owner which helps see the hidden buildings and roads. Worth...

My husband and I were delighted to discover this lovely park after our visit to nearby Jerpoint Abbey. We sought it out after my Christmas-enthusiast husband found out that St. Nick's relic may be there! The owner, Joe, along with his sweet lab Percy, gave us an educational and wonderful historic tour of everything we wanted to see, took photos...
