We stopped here en-route for Shannon airport on the last day of our holiday; Breathnach's was recommended by a fellow tripadvisor contributor - great advice! According to our innkeeper, Mary O'Halloran (-), Breathnachs is a new place in town. The food was wonderful. It is a little nicer than your standard Irish Pub, right in the center of town. The service was quick, the Gunniess perfect, and the pan-fried chicken breast was tremendous. It is a small estabilshment, and therefore, a little loud, but terrific.... more
