I am NOT a cave person.....in fact, I'm not sure why I agreed to this visit. However, it was fascinating! The guide was very knowledgeable, the tour was short and sweet and the sights 350 feet underground were awesome. The gift shop is very well stocked, especially with books I'd not seen elsewhere. Everyone I encountered, from the manager to... More

This is a cave, not much to say about it. It is very nice to see though and the guide we had on our tour had my sense of humour, so top notch for that.

Knowledable staff and a guided tour that held my interest....a terrific place to visit. Especially good for family's with children or anyone that has interest in caves and the formation of caves.

The cave itself is very interesting to see. The pathway through it is very well thought out, lighting is good, etc. I think I was most disappointed in the tour guide. Our guide was somewhat lacking in personality. She gave memorized speeches at each stop along the way, and seemed disinclined to interact with the group. We were allowed to... More

A well guided tour and nice cafe, but just a hint if going to the cave do not park your car in the first car park you will have to walk up a very steep hill through woods and then on to a road, you can park right next to the caves.

A complete tour to a very beautiful cave, from really experienced guides. You will have the oppurtunity to learn how the cave was developped through the ages and see the wonderful stalagmites and stalactites, as well as a waterfall, falling from the rocks. My best was when the guide turned off the lights for one moment, just to show us... More

Following time exploring The Burren, I find it fascinating to follow up with a trek into what's below the surface. My numerous tour groups have raved about this connection. Plus the Caves are fascinating and beautiful, and the guides always knoweldgeable, insightful and accommodating. Love the cafe and gift shop as well.

I thought the cave system seemed young compared to other caves I have seen. They have done a great job of show casing what the cave has to offer. Safety is excellent. It is co-located with the Burren Birds of Prey center and is a combination ticket. Recommend a visit just for the birds.

The caves were now spectacular but the tour was well done. The visitor center was full of fumes from the french fryer so I couldn't stay in there. The caves got us on site to visit the Burren Birds of Prey. It was spectacular. The birds are wonderfully displayed with lots of info on each including their names. We watched... More
