I visited the mini farm with my 9month old baby, 3yr old 5 yr old and 12 yr old and they all loved it, not to mention my mother. You can sit out and have a nice cup of coffee/ tea for as long as you like. The children loved the sandpit. The staff were very friendly and let the... More

I am living near the mini farm and have been there a good few times now and each year it gets bigger and better. I have now had the last 2 of my sons birthday partys & a christening there. I find it a very safe, enclosed and large area for children. It is great peace of mind to be... More

I have visited the minifarm on many occasions, the last one being over Easter. The Easter bunny was there to meet all the children and there were plenty of races and activites during the afternoon. With lots of free chocolate and eggs for the children and mummies and daddies! My daughter always loves trips here, to see all the animals... More

We are delighted that you enjoyed your Easter Visit. It is one of the highlights of the year for us and this year we were thrilled to be working with Cadbury's who sponsored the chocolate as part as their national Easter Trail campaign. Our mother goat obliged by giving birth to a baby goat on Easter Saturday morning!! He was... More

We had loads of fun days out in Petting Farms so we decided to add another to our list. When we walked in before we had a chance to say or ask anything, we were told the cost was €30 for 2 adults and 3 kids. We paid and as we walked through the door we instantly regretted paying so... More

I am sorry to see that you were disappointed with your visit. Our staff are naturally friendly and try to establish contact with our customers as they come in. perhaps you came on a busy day?? we have only 2 signs on the farm that request that visitor don't feed the animals. One says "Please do not feed the donkeys... More

Last summer was my first time at the coppercoast mini farm and I have to say it occupied the children from start to finish. Even the adults got into the spirit of things. Great array of animals, who all look so happy, healthy and well looked after. I would highly recommend this as you get some lovely photos of the... More

Good play area for children, however there's not much variety in animals... you could see most of them for free in the countryside around Ireland without having to pay the hefty entrance fee!

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. We do appreciate it. Thank you for your positive response re. the play area. We put a lot of work into the whole farm and try to have something new every year. It is true that some of the animals you see at the farm can be seen in fields as one drives through... More

I took my nephews to the Copper Coast Mini Farm one Friday afternoon last month and they just loved it. As I had been before I showed them a picture I had taken of one of the cute Alpacas and we played a fun game where they tried to find it. The layout incorporates a lovely trail around the fields...
