What a venue and shopping centre, loads of excellent value goods, very friendly staff, great parking, really nice cafe. You could spend hours and pounds here, a definite must see!

I can only comment on the factory tour as we didnt use the cafe. I personally found the tour interesting, although access was fairly limited. After the tour we got to make a clay frog in a mould. I couldn't see much point in this for adults, as even when dry the frog would turn to liquid clay as soon... More

Full of old people who seem to love to queue - we visited during the Xmas throng and it was full of people who seemed to thoroughly enjoy walking through you or participating in the longest queues known to man. I'm surprised Norris McWhirter didn't pop up with a stop watch and a clipboard in the middle of it all.

Excellent value, wide range of kitchen goods, good restaurant (good, plain food but very well cooked), well laid out amenities and plenty of parking. If you want a bargain - go to the Seconds shop - you can't really tell that they're any different from the normal range.
