Perfectly preserved with plenty of opportunity to sit in silence (if you want) to admire and enjoy the beautiful settings.

We visited here today 27/03 as 3 adults,my mother was visiting from coventry and we'd always intended to visit,what glorious weather we had to match our day there! We have enjoyed a few days out here, it is a lovely tranquil place to visit. Nice cafe and gardens too.

Throughout the summer they hold a variety of interesting fairs plus the house and the priory are a good tour.

Michelham Priory is lovely, well worth a visit, with friendly and informative staff. Both inside and out there is a lot to see. The experience is a little uneven in places though. I took 3 friends to visit the priory for their first time in june. they found the gardens, priory and cafe first class. the staff in the priory were proud to share their knowledge and were very interesting. As always I find the visit peaceful and uplifting
