Secret garden is presented as a cultural center and botanical garden. The first part is true as they have artifacts and huts, as well as numerous posters with explanations. But botanical garden ???? Run down & not what we expected. Animals keep in small dirty cages, very sad to see. This is not a good guide to real life in Vanuatu. Yes there is some history, but nothing you can't find in a book or online. Good idea, but needs a total revamp.

The Secret Garden is close to Port Vila, easily accessible on the local buses. It's also close to Mele Cascades, so it could be combined into the same trip.
