not much there just a lake nice walk for locals i wold not travel far to viset

I go here all the time its good if you just want some fresh air. The cafe is really great value though and does a great breakfast!

not a lot in winter as you can imagine, but it does have a cafe & fishing area, summer time you get bit a lot by nats

Clean and restful to just sit by the water and pass the time. You can feed the ducks or walk the dog through the nearby woods or take a load off with tea and cake at the on site cafe. Very pleasant.

The wildlife, visiting ducks/geese amazing. The layout of the Lake and surrounding plantings all blend very well, situated in the centre of the town and surrounded by woods. The amenities - snack bar / cafe were good, parking available and boats for hire if required. Child friendly, dog friendly area.
