This is just a simple exhibit of a Roman villa. For a cloudy day or if you enjoy ancient history I recommend this site. Some mosaics & I'ved included the best one we saw at the museum.

If your looking for a break from soaking up the sun at the beach or walking around the streets of Tossa the ruins of this old roman villa are worth a look in. We did most of Tossa de Mar's attractions in a couple of hours by grabbing ourselves a free tourist map from the Tourist Information center near the...

Opposite the Cultural Centre is the Roman Villa “Els Ametllers” (1st c. BC - 6th c. AD) . You can also access it from the side of the Hotel Neptuno . Entrance is free and there are multilingual signs to explain the ruins. A good place to take the kids on a cloudy day. For more information visit. www.infotossa.com/eng/visitar/romana.php…
