Went to see The Iron Lady at the open air cinema. It was good fun sitting on massive sofas, snuggled under duvets to keep warm. Good hot chocolate served. Enjoyed the film and the experience. 15 euros a bit steep, but a different experience so well worth the money. Film statrted 9pm or so , once darkness fell, and we had a great evening. Fleece blanket provided for warmth, and waiter service for delicious pizza and drinks. Bar bill settled at the end. One adult and 2 children came to 50euros for the evening.

Although it sounds expensive, kids go free, the first drink is on the house and outdoor cinema on sofas under blankets is a great experience.

We don't live near a cinema at home, what an unexpected find in Maspalomas just across from main bus station.The venue is pretty new and the sofas are of good quality as is the service. The entry price also includes an alcoholic drink each. What a great way to enjoy a movie(Duplicity was showing that night)in the open air.
