I have just been to popeye village yesterday and I can surely say that all the staff there is amazing! They are so friendly and polite and very hard working. DO NOT go to Popeye Village! We went and it was a joke, most things that were advertised were closed and it was depressing! I took my children here to give them a break from all of the entertainment for adults, like museums and monuments. I wasn't expecting much, just an abandoned film set that we could explore. Ok I know this kind of 'attraction' is not for everyone but I'd have been more interested in looking around a preserved film set than this. Also it's off/low season so it was quiet and so a hats off to the 'entertainers' who I do not envy. But I think they should close this down for 3 months a year... more

Would not recommend at all - worst place have ever been to. Paid nearly 30 Euros to get in and there was nothing there at all. Is set in a very nice bay but other than that the attractions were either all closed, in a state of disrepair or point,ess. Had a very nice salad for lunch and Anchor Bay... more

Very few modern attractions. I guess the only good thing was that there were no crowds....in the middle of July! The bay is nice, and the inflatables in the sea are fun, but they are about the most modern attraction in the whole park, and nothing to do with Popeye. Not really worth the visit... more
