Had a wonderful week at Toscana Saporita! A great time in the kitchen, learned so much, ate like kings, Sandra and Christopher and the rest of the staff were amazing teachers! Excursions in the afternoon with our guide were fun and informative. The location at Casa Rossa was absolutely beautiful, accomodations were perfect! We had a great group of students... More

Finally, a vacation that I actually wanted to end ... so that I could practice everything I learned! We had so much fun learning from Sandra and her staff - handmade pasta, tiramisu, bechamel and so much more. The location was beautiful, and the day trips were a blast. It's hard to imagine the week being any better.

I think a lot of people dream of taking a cooking class in a beautiful place like Tuscany. If they all had any idea how rewarding their experience would be at Toscana Saporita, none of us would ever get in. It's simply brilliant! My recent visit far exceeded any hopes or expectations I might have had at enrollment. It is... More

Just came back from a week at Toscana Saporita Cooking School - an experience of a lifetime! Sandra and Christopher are so knowledgeable, helpful and fun. The recipes, cooking lessons, meals and excursions all added to the Italian tradition. I felt like I had stepped back in time, learning about the Italian way of living, as well as, the cooking... I went here in 2000 with my sister in law and had the best time!! This is the perfect vacation.... A mix of cooking, touring and Italian fun! The cooking skills you learn are serious without being over the top and the daily trips are authentic excursions you would NEVER see on a tour. I have the best memories of... More

The cooking school in Tuscany is situated on a beautiful hilltop setting in an Olive grove and sprawling estate with amazing views of the village below. We stayed in an apartment adjacent to the school and enjoyed meeting other people while learning about Italian cooking from the best, Sandra Lotti and her staff of chefs. It was the whole package... The week spent with Sandra Lotti and her staff at Toscana Saporita was an experience of a lifetime. From a hectic schedule in the US to a delightful love affair with food in Tuscany – it was a magical adventure! We hunted for truffles with Giotti the dog and what appreciation we have for that irregular, strong scented, marvelous fungi!... More

As a Personal/Private Chef who has attended several top culinary schools in the US I came to Toscana Saporita Advanced Cooking Program with some reservations of whether my high expectations could be met. Well, not only were they met they were exceeded. Sandra and her staff were not only extremely knowledgeable but where so willing to give of their time... More
