This is a great place if you just want to experience a Cenote without all the people and tourism. Take your own equipment, a life jacket and goggles to experience the real beauty under the water.

Well if youwant off the beaten path go here, but if you don't speak spanish you will not have a clue of how to see the cenotes. We stopped here because the other place we were going to see in the area was closed. I would not recommend this stop, unless you aren't scared to go off the beaten path....

I went with my 5 year old son and we had a lovely time. What sets this cenote apart is that its not built up for tourism and there are relatively few people visitig. It was perhaps one of the most tranquil places on earth.
We were referred to this Cenote to find a peaceful refuge where we can enjoy the natural beauty of the Mexican wilderness - that we did. We spent a few hours at the 7 Boca's back in March 2010, 2011. To say the least it was incredible!!!......Very humbling to be under the earth in cool fresh water. Just down the road from here was another cenote, with a zip line. I think it was called Verte Boca. Again, an incredible experience!
This off the beaten path cenote experience is great for the ones who like a little more tranquility than the larger cattle pace tourist cenotes. Just a fee other cars when we got there, and spooky at first but the cool fresh water was so refreshing in the heat. We brought waterproof flashlights we got at a dollar store back...

Not too far off the road, this amazing glimpse into the past will definitely be the highlight of your trip to the Yucatan Peninsula. For $10 per person, you can hang out as long as you like. The employees provide life jackets and then leave you alone.
I have read that the water is extremely deep--deeper than 75 meters. You...
