I travelled by CityRail electric train from platform 25 at Central railway station to Loftus in about 40 minutes.
The tramway museum (not 'transport museum') opens at 1000.
Three trams were in use: a Melbourne tram to The Royal NationalPark and mostly one Sydney tram to Suitherland and back, but the first trip used an older Sydney tram with crossbench...
