Watson's Bay is a beautiful, tranquil place at the far end of Sydney Harbour. It has a lovely park, some nice walks, some great views and some very nice seafood restaurants. Doyle's is the most famous one, although be warned this can be quite expensive. The best thing to do at Watson's Bay is just sit back and relax. the... more

Watsons Bay is an easy 17 minute trip from Circular Quay on Sydney Ferries' catamarans, normally departing Pier 4. The trip across Sydney Harbour is unforgettable with passing Sydney Opera House unforgettable. On arrival at Watsons Bay, head past Doyles' pierside cheap fish'n'chips eatery and turn left onto the concrete footpath between the beach and the expensive Doyles Restaurant. Then... more
