For ten dollars you get your money's worth. See it in Sydney first, before it tours the rest of the country.

We had been wanting to see the Archibald Prize exhibition for years and finally got there this year. It did not disappoint - the standard of paintings is amazing - we certainly have some talented artists in Australia.

Whether you are an art buff or not, if you are visiting Sydney any time from mid-March to mid-May, then it is well worth checking out the annual Archibald Prize paintings at the Art Gallery of New South Wales (8 March - 18 May in 2008).
