My wife and I did the 2-day Ayres Rock / King's canyon trip. We were already staying at the Uluru resort, so were picked up on lunchtime of the first day, and missed the early morning start from Alice Springs. The guides Tic and Warwick were tremendous fun. Tic was a great source of amusing stories. He was almost as... More

The tour we took Uluru and back in a day was fantastic. The guides/drivers were fantastic they really new their stuff and looked after our safety on the very long drive with frequent driver changes to avoid fatigue. The whole day was so well planned with meals provided.( I was told Annette was responsible for our wonderful supply of food... More

My wife and i took the 3 day camping tour with Emu Run and guide Tony. From start to finish this was a great time. All details well managed, yet flexible to cater for any individual interest on the way. Highly recomended.

This tour is a long day out but is well worth it. The scenery is mind blowing and unlike anything we had seen before. Our guides were so informative and really knew the area. We visited Uluru (Ayers Rock) and Kata Tjuta (The Olgas). While watching the sunset over Uluru we had the traditional Aussie barbie. We are vegetarian and... More

If you want to see Ayers Rock and stay in far cheaper alice springs (than the very expensive ayers rock resort), then make sure you book this trip......you wont forget it for a very long time!! We were apprehensive about a 450km each way trip to Ayers Rock in a day before we left.....however dont worry, the journey isnt as long... More

Well after reading so many good reviews about the Emu Run we decided to book it, they have a 10% discount deal BTW, we tried to book by email to get the discount, but we were not offered, so we booked it together with our hostel in Alice Springs, so we could get it... (so check the deals with the... More

I spent 8 hours or so visiting many of the chasms and water holes in the "West Macs" with Emu Run Tours. I was especially happy with guide/driver who was well-informed but low-key; nice blend of telling us about the places we saw and their histories and just letting us experience them for ourselves. The weather was perfect, the places... More

What a fantastic trip. 2 drivers and a hostess. All very Christmas theme. We were so well looked after, watered, fed and hosted. It was fantastic and the highlight was the sunset Christmas dinner. The Christmas barbque was fantastic matched with an amazing sunset. It was a long day, but the crew made it so much more enjoyable.

I took another trip with Emu Tours whilst out in Alice Springs. Short on time as it was the day before my departure, I wanted one last hit of famous local sites I'd heard so much about. One again they didn't disappoint. Picked up from my location on-time, we travelled on a small bus (only 9 of us) out to... More
