Beautiful island, interesting Australian heritage area and national park. Great photo opportunities and beautiful birdlife.

I have not got a very big interest in history and crime at all. I am more rather into technology and modern day stuff rather that jails and convicts.

Enjoyed the boat trip across. Not much to see or do but bring a picnic lunch for a relaxing afternoon. Interesting, not well publicised history.

If you love history you will love St Helena Island. We travelled by private yacht and joined a tour. Great experience.

The crew obviously enjoy their jobs maintaining there enthusiasm during the day. The boat is going to be overhauled shortly which will further improve the ride. They are punctual and engaging. Perfect day out on the water and very interesting when you get there, lots to see, the kids love the history and the boat trip is nice, good day out.
