I fully agree with the other reviewers - the day out to the reef on Passions of Paradise was one of the most memorable days (maybe the most even, nah probably I will reserve that for my wedding day!) of my life......... Totally agree with Fiddlee1: the catamaran is beautiful (nothing to compare with some of the ugly ferries departing from Cairns) and the whole crew is dedicated and friendly. It is a real cruise and not just a tour. I highly recommand Passions of Paradise. more

We are a little disappointed on this tour. the tour itself is not that bad but the reef is not very clear to see a lot of fishes. The lunch is good and crew is OK too. Maybe we are in the wrong season? more

There are so many reef tours to chose from, but I was suggested this one. It's about mid-priced, and offers snorkeling or intro/certified diving at two places on the reef as well as lunch. A day out on the Passions boat is very worthwhile. Only built recently it is very comfortable "25 meter maxi-catamaran" with room to move on board. Every thing is clean and professional, the lunch scrumptious. The staff are witty, friendly & good natured (even when one does get sea sick!)
