I just got back from Australia and during my stay in Cairns I booked a day of dives with Poseidon. It's about an hour drive from where we were staying in Cairns to Port Douglas where the boat departs, but well worth the early wake up call. Hi there I've been on both boats. Wavelengh is definitly the better decision! Wavelengh is a small catamaran with up to 30 Passengers and on Posseidon are up to 80 or sometimes even more passengers. On Wavelengh you can just snorkel, but that is a big advance, cause the coral reef is really close to the surface and the active... more

I went diving with Poseidon for three dives on the 10th of november. The whole organisation was perfect. Certified divers, beginners and snorkel were seperatly catered by crew. The boat is a very comfortable catamaran with enough seating. The crew was enthousiastic, very torough (certification, medication...) and professional.
