Being locals my children grew up walking, riding and running along different sections. Lots of playgrounds and bbques along the trail. Best to set a section to complete at a time. Lots of public transport along the way if it all becomes too much. Wonderful to finish at the beach. Remember your water.

I think the linear park trail is excellent for exercising on. I have been for some great walks along there. I hope to walk to Adelaide along it one day.

The river is so clean and there is so much to see and do like hire a paddle boat

Nice way to get around without breathing exhaust fumes and there is no risk of getting hit by a truck.

We have cycled this path many times and it is a beautiful trail running from the beach to the hills, and right through the city offering a safe place to ride, with some lovely scenery. I can highly recommend the Elder Park Cafe for a place to stop along the way for refreshments - the food is beautiful!

Just do it, jump on a bike, walk it, run it, just go for it. it will make you feel refreshed and you'll love the views!!

I loved this walking trail that takes you from the hils to the beach. Great to take little ones to see ducks, swamp hens and egrets
