The staff was extremely rude. They ask for credit card details over email, without secure payment site. They took my card details before telling me my booking was not successful. Had to cancel my card in fear of fraud.

Just took a quick tour of the Grampians National Park and it was fantastic. Definitely the best hiking I've ever done (but I'm not much of a hiker).
