This place is a real classic and will please anyone who's after some old-fashioned seaside amusement nostalgia. Beautiful location right at St. Kilda beach which is easily accessible from the city via Melbourne's efficient tram system. I wasn't playing to go to Luna park, but we walked past it when we were walking around St Kilda. The rides are very expensive if you don't purchase the all day pass ($16 per person for one of the rollercoasters) It has a good vibe and a small ice rink that was completely empty when we arrived. more
