I attended a conference here some years ago. Long walks between rooms made it a rush to get from one presentation to another. Sightlines were bad in some rooms, making it hard to view presentations of the many who rely on PowerPoint.
Over-priced and over-rated. Undercover parking is expensive.
the biggest architectural blight in Perth. A dark utilitarian blob from whereever you view it.

If a concert is happening here, don't go. The acoustics are terrible. It is literally nothing more than a giant shed, and has all the echoes that go with it. The auditorium is quite decent, but overall this place could be avoided.
