Spent one morning walking around King's Park in Perth. Many monuments, excellent gift shop and a cafe with refreshments to cool us off on a hot day. Beautiful views of the city and the waterfront. When I ran out of money at the end of my five month trip to Australia, i spent a lot of time hanging out in this park - after all , it doesn't cost anything to sit and read, or wander! A beautiful park and the best viewpoint to photograph the city from. I loved photographing the bulbous Baob trees... more

kings park is one of the most gorgeous places ive been! the ladder you climb gives you the most spectacular view! the birds and other wildlife are interesting to watch- it is definatly something worth exploring!!!!!!! more
