Cottesloe beach is very nice, but be aware they have had a number of (including fatal)shark attacks in the past. The beach itself is about a 10 minute walk from the train station, however in the summer the shire puts on a free CAT bus. The beach is well maintained and is well patrolled by the surf life guards in... more

Beautiful white sand beach with shady elevated grassed areas overlooking theIndian Ocean. The southern end of the beach is protected by a stone groyne and is ideal for families and small children. more

this is a really ***** surf spot for anyone wanting to surf on their holis....the break sucks...sharks everywhere....barrels are non existent.....hit trigg instead ey more
