dear travellers, i travelled to perth few days ago.i have been told by another traveller he found a wonderfull place 15 minutes away north of margaret river:CAPE LAVENDER!!! such a lovely place where everything is about lavender,located by a lake with a shop which sells lavander products next to a cafe where you can delicous lavender scones or others lunchs... more

spent 4 days travelling "down south" was surprised at the size of Marf=garet River , a small town, the vineyards are huge, visited Voyager, Watershed, Vasse Felix and Leeuwin, Had lunch at watershed in their cafe , morning tea at Voyager and lunch at Leeuwin. all very good, loved the decor at Leewin.
