A functional business district in Perth CBD. Nice entrance & artworks.

Not sure how many variety or specialist stores but there are 5 + levels & too many to count. Plenty of food places at reasonable prices.
Easy to get to once you are in the city. Lots of eateries and shops.
This is again a historic area of Perth as you walk around you can feel the others that have been before.
