Excellent time with the team on the water, but a disaster experience with the shore team when things went wrong. Their handling of their customers needs significant improvement - they do not want to listen / hear about customer problems - just want to lecture you. Much as I enjoyed the experience on the water I would not use SailNZ... more
With the Louis Vuitton Pacific Cup about to happen on Auckland Harbour I decided to see what it was all about.
