What a great day kayaking to the island Rangitoto with Auckland Sea Kayaks on Sunday the 29th of April. All equipment provided including thermals, waterproof jacket and shoes. We kayaked to Brown Island on 26th Apr with a friendly and professional guide – Nic. All the good things have been said already and I am running out word to compliment the service and the trip. I am planning to do other trips with Nic when he is back in the country!!

The night-time tour out to Rangitoto Island was an awesome experience and an excellent way to start a weekend. It wasn't too physically demanding and the scenery the whole way was great, including an incredible view of the sun setting and Auckland City. I really like tours that have many different aspects. Kayaking Auckland harbor is one of those things. Beautiful views, good excercise, good climb up Brown Island for some stunning views. Kayaks were great and easy to handle. Staff was good, plenty of history, made the trip a lot of fun.

The trip was brilliantly planned and well managed. We were provided with everything that we needed including warm dress, dry bags, wind coats and life jackets.
