I really liked SkyTower in Auckland. Amazing views over the whole region and the viewing deck was WOW. Stand on the glass floor...if you dare! We've just returned from a fantastic tour of New Zealand and Auckland was the last place we visited and definitely one of the highlights of our holiday. We dined in the The Sky Tower's revolving restaurant, the food was brilliant and the views were fantastic. more

Went to Sky Tower on Day 1 in NZ view was nice and it was easy to find (walk in the direction of the tower). Gives you a nice view of the city, sailboats, parks, etc. Nice giftshop and informational video in the basement. And a lady standing in the waiting area gave us a free ticket, bonus! more
