We actually booked a wine tour with another bigger wine tour operator, who we discovered on pick up had subcontracted the work to A1tours4U. And we are so glad that this happened. A1tours4U is effectively a one-man operation (Mike) with a 6 seater mini-bus, and on our tour there were 4 people in total.

Three of us, all familiar with Hawke's Bay wines, just happened on this fourth-generation Napierite, Mike Madden, and his "wine experience". A more knowledgeable, adaptable, and engaging guide would be hard to find.
