this personalized tour was such a pleasure with Grumpy full of knowledge straight from his head no book's or card reading he knew what he was talking about and knew the places he took you to.

He is a must to call for all transportation while in Rotorua. When Grumpy takes you to the airport it is not like any ordinary transfer to the airport.

Family taxi service. Only nzd 10 to/from airport. Fantastic deal. Pam was great. Only gave 3 for interesting/sights as I only used them for airport travel. Definitely use them.

I used Grumpy's about ten times during my stay in Rotorua. Staff we friendly and remembered me each time I called. They were reliable and looked after us completely.
