The Agrojet was an awesome experience. The only problem I had with it was I expected it to be much longer than it actually was. The ride itself, though exciting, was far too short. Fantastic experience. I have never done adventure sports before and am a middle aged women. Loved every minute of it, so proud of myself for doing it. The staff are just wonderful, fun, helpful and encouraging. Would highly recommend Agroventures when visiting Rotorua. Great value for money, with packages if you want to try more then one activity. I was over in Rotorua NZ earlier this month some might remember me, Sunday 12th Sept. 2009 I experience a Bungy Jump & Shane & Terry were there to make it happen (Not to mention all the other staff that were on that day). We loved this experience, another unique one in NZ. If you have long hair, tie it up. Pay the extra money for the longer 3 minute 'flight'. It is much more difficult than it looks. By far the best activity at the Agrodome. more
We went out there to do the freefall extreme but after watching a few other people do it decided not to. The prices are around 50 dollars for 2 minutes and 80 for 4 minutes which seemed quite ok if you were actually "flying" for 2 minutes.
