The primary reason for my visit to the park was to experience the feeding of the lions. You're driven through their enclosure in a cage on the back of a truck. It was worth every penny to get that close to the lions. The keeper has a bucket of meat in the cage and the lions know this of course.... more

This is not a big zoo. It is quite spread out for its size however there is a tractor ride around. TIP: you will be given a list of the feeding times of animals which basically follows a circuit around the zoo. Follow the zoo keepers around feeding the animals and it makes the zoo a whole lot more interesting.... more
