We did the Dart Wilderness Safari which included a guided drive out to Glenorchy then a transfer over to 4WD bus with further informative commentary and a few beautiful stops on the way for photos. Having spent near on a month touring New Zealand, we started our adventure in Queenstown. We started the first day with the Shotover Jet which I have to say was amazing! We decided to do the Fun Yak the next day which involved a Jet Boat ride up the Dart river and a Kayak down. Don't believe all the hype... more
The bus driver, Alec, was incredibly informative, friendly and funny. The jet boat driver was even better. Full of amazing information. The trip was fun, fast, and the walk in the beech forest truly memorable. Highly recommended. more
The Dart Jet boat ride to me is a highlight of The things we have done in Queenstown.
