This is a professionally run operation. They make sure you are both safe and having fun. Our guide, Jerrod, was a skilled river runner, great teacher, and sensible manager. When we rafted, the water was so high we could not go into the "tunnel" at the end, and so went down the treacherous "Mother-in-law" rapids. You could see the adrenaline... more

Serious Fun Riversurfing provided us with all of the above, It is like White Water Rafting without the raft!! The biggest difference is that in the raft you end up in the water with the Boogy board you start off in the water. Very professional & friendly staff who look after you from start to finish, it is a must... more

A great trip...beautiful scenery, scary rapids, scary road to get there!!! What more could you ask for?? Lots of history of gold mining. One of only 2 places in the world where you get to white water raft through a long tunnel. We had never been white water rafting before-they taught us everything we needed to know more

As part of my Queenstown trip, (New Zealand, South Island) it had been recommended to me by my fellow travellers to go and do something really exciting, something that I'd remember for the rest of my life. If I couldn't find something to fulfill all those requirements in Queenstown then apparently I wouldn't find it anywhere. And so the challenge... more
