I have been to Onseen on many occasions, and all have been enjoyable. My 1st visit was a romantic candle lit evening as a birthday present and have been hooked every since. Friendly staff. Relaxing times. Amazing views. Great times.

My wife and I have been to all the hot pools in New Zealand but Onsen is by far the best. I surprised my wife with a twilight spa and the romance package which she absolutely loved. The privacy and the views can't be beaten.

We booked the candle light package and were blown away by how beautiful the setting and the spa were. Being able to open the roof and look at the stars while you relax with the candles flickering was pure bliss. The staff were lovely and they provided a free shuttle service. We try to go here everytime we come up to Queenstown - best way to relax after the long drive, great way to sepnd a cold evening - plus they do a shuttle bus so no need to drive back!
