Disgusting treatment, won't answer emails,habitual liars,won't honor vouchers, bikes always booked when it's your choice not theirs. Don't deserve to be in business. Gives the Gold Coast a really bad name. Be careful , don't part with your money first up you will be disappointed like we were. Blissy B

Emails were answered within 24 hours. Their first choice of booking was available and held for which they didn't show due to weather. Then attempted to use the voucher again after forfeiting the original booking and after the vouchers expiry date. We tried to resolve the issues but found it difficult to accommodate this customer as we were being screamed...
