Even if you can not dive you can snorkle and still see the amazing below the surface marine life. Its not rated as one of the best dive sites for nothing, plus the islands on their own are great and there is the cave you can motor a decent size launch into as well

NZ is fortunate to have a world class marine environment within its boundary. I am awestruck by the sacred beauty of the setting, the naturalness of the islands ecology, and the clarity of the seawater.

A fair way out of Auckland city but worth it you don't even have to swim to see the fish although it is better if you do.

Beautiful clear diving. Heaps of fish, and just a magic day.

We went on "the Perfect Day Out" cruise. It was awesome and the snorkel was so worth it! Paradise under the water!

Awesome Islands. Recommended as a must do. Go with Dive Tutukaka - Perfect Day (if you're not a diver)

One of the most beautiful maritime destinations in New Zealand. Scenic and historic. The diving is brilliant but if you don't dive there are other water activities and tours. GO!+
