these guys treated us like friends and really looked after us. The tour was really good fun, especially jumping off the cliff on the zipline. This is one trip you shouldnt miss

Awesome fun highly reccommend it to anyone not afraid to get wet. It's not cold so dont let winter stop you

We did a couple of things in NZ where they gave you gear to wear and this was the best. They had even warmed up the boots for us! It was a cool day but the gear kept us comfortale through out. Great glow-worms fun tubing and I even got up the courage to do the cliff jump.

I loved the scenery and the glow-worms on this trip. You can also choose how adventurous you want to be as everything was optional and that really suited us. If you have a group it will cater for those who want some excitment and those who want only the easy stuff. The staff were friendly and helpful as well

From the start to the finish this was a very disappointing experience. The equipment is badly maintained and/or extremely old and ill fitting but none of the staff seem to care about that as long as you are paying the price which is extreme for what you get.
