Good advice provided when we wanted to explore the islands for 1 days. We also got free internet access when we booked with them. Doesn't cost any extra booking through them versus booking direct.

The staff must spend all day refilling the shelves with pamphlets and books on the region. Always busy, and staff gladly help and advise the travellers.

Great place, very helpful! One of the best things about it, is that it is right in the centre of Airlie Beach, so very easy to find.

the two girls who man the information centre desk were always busy and nothing was too much trouble. unfortunately for us because of the island closing all of our water sports were not available. we mainly stayed on the island as all the G.O's knew just what they were doing in there area's of expertise.

Needs to be able to stream people to events and accomodation for families. Too often the problems is being lumped in with Gen Y's who party all night and we get no sleep.

There could be an improvement by indicating to visitors which locations are more suitable to families rather than just throwing everyone in together. The most common complaint we had was the number of people who said they wished they'd booked trips or accommodation with people their own age or other families.
