This is the tourist centre at the North Cape. There is a cafe, toilet facilities and a vast, expensive gift shop. I am amazed at how expensive everything is in Norway. £10 for 3 postcards and 1 stamp! However it is a warm respite from the -18'C outside. An interesting place, gives the history of the North Cape, good exhibits, an opportunity to send a postcard franked 'North Cape', but most importantly of all, after riding a motorcycle through the Arctic, its lovely and warm, a chance to thaw out, !
