The old quarter in Ronda is called La Ciudad. It is Ronda's best neighborhood. Most traffic is limited to pedestrians only. Many streets are cobble-stone footpaths, too narrow for most cars. The old quarter was built on a hill, overlooking a spectacular gorge. Ronda was designed as a medina city, with shades of Fez in Morocco or Jerusalem in Israel.... more
