St Vitus had a few very nice interior icons and the organ was wonderful, but no photos allowed! Would have been nice to purchase some postcards of the interior as a fund raiser, but they did not appear to have any for sale either. Most of the church was roped off restricting ability to view the old wall paintings.
This site requires some time and effort to really enjoy it. We walked from our Metro stop (Malostrmska) across the bridge and up the hill to the Prague Castle area and this was a great walk to do early in the morning before the crowds arrived. Well worth a visit! Some beautiful religious paintings and sculptures can be seen here. A unique experience!

Its interior is great but pix of its interior are forbidden (and the "watchdog" keeps a close eye on such. 1407-1439 Built on the site of the original church from 1309.
