The main attraction in the Hradek Mining Museum is a tour of an actual mining shaft under ground. The tour starts and ends with some pretty dry exhibits, mostly old mining tools and methods, but in between, you'll drop down 30m (~100 feet) underground and poke your way through the last mining shaft still open in Kutna Hora.
